Spectre Digital - Extinction Level Event Drums + BecauseDrumGeek support for that library available now ❗️😊

📢 I've tested another great drum library (and added some e-drum features) : Extinction Level Event by Spectre Digital 😊👉

I support Spectre Digital. Check out their awesome drum library Extinction Level Event ❗️ (👉 LINK )
which is (once again) soooo much fun to play on the e-kit and demonstrates the benefit of being able to play such outstanding drum sample libraries on e-drums. Software drumming still rules (and will continue to do so in the future!, because such a great drum sound is not to be expected from e-drum modules for the time being)!

Great mix-ready Metal drums ❗️ :

2 kits: a Sonor kit and a Tama kit

Sample pool :
6 snare models, 3 with three different tunings (“Hi / Med / Low”) and one with “Hi / Low”
3 kick drums, 2 of which are available with three different microphone variants and one kick drum with two different microphone variants.
5 Sonor toms and 5 Tama toms
The Sonor toms can be selected with two different head variants (clear & coated) and each with two different mic variants.
7 Hihat Open/Closed stages
X-Hat ("Aux Hats"): 3 Open/Closed stages (worth mentioning about the X-Hat: the closed articulation mutes the open articulations)

Instruments / instrument slots of one ELE instance :
∙ 1 Hihat
∙ X-Hat (the X-Hat slot can load a Stack instead of the X-Hat)
∙ 1 Ride[cymbal slot (2 different Ride models can be selected there)
∙ 3 Crash cymbals
∙ 2 Splash cymbals (one of the Splash slots can load a Stack instead of the Splash)
∙ 1 China slot (2 different China models can be selected there)

ELE drum sound presets :
12 producer presets (most of them really usable and awesome!)
2 raw kits (unprocessed)

BecauseDrumGeek - Extinction Level Event e-drum support :
∙ 2-zone Variable Hihat Engine (for BOW ↔ EDGE distinction with 2-zone hihat pads: Variable Tip vs. Variable Edge)
∙ Snare engine
∙ Double Kick engine
∙ 'Mute Tail' Cymbal Choking
...+ much more

ENJOY ❗️😊

(note:
The 'Extinction Level Event' snare articulations are worth mentioning:
There are two types of rimshots in the samples, one of which is the dedicated rimshot articulation, which is available over the entire velocity range - it sounds very metallic and original like a rimshot. The other is the one that is integrated into the snare center-head articulation as a high velocity, and in contrast to the dedicated rimshot articulation, this sounds less metallic like a “rim”.

With these snare sounds available with 'ELE', I have developed e-drum snare engines that make different variants regarding center head sounds and the two rimshot types selectable and switchable while playing. The benefit of this is that there are musical situations in which the clicky rimshot sound of the upper velocity range does not fit and you can select the appropriate snare engine on the fly for different musical situations/parts.)
