Variable CC Hihat Bell support : Get rid of the 'tight' or 'tight+closed' SD3 Hihat Bell articulations if you prefer the closed-loose ones for your closed sound 👉


Using an SD3 e-drum preset (that supports the Variable CC 'Hihat Bell') only works properly if the "Tight Bell" articulation is loaded.
Sometime an "Open Bell 0" sounds much better than the tight or closed hihat bell sounds.
So if you would like to have the ("Closed Bell" or) "Open Bell 0" instead of "Tight Bell", you'll propably struggle to make it work properly as the SD3 e-drum presets do not support this by default (➜ unloading the "Tight Bell" will make the "Tight Tip" replace it).

Especially if your preferred first stage is neither the tight nor the closed articulation, but "Open Bell 0", it can be quite tricky to dial it in.
