Roland V71 module: digital snare "PD-14DSX" + "PD-140DS" ➜ ('Sensory Percussion'-like) 8-Zone Triggering on a Roland mesh pad️ 😀👉

📢 Similar to the 'sunhouse Sensory Percussion' system, you can now play an advanced (up to) 8-articulation Engine on a Roland digital snare pad ❗️😊

With additional and independently functioning “Center-to-Edge Positional Sensing”, the advanced “8-Zone Engine” can be further expanded.

Of course, zones can also be grouped together and function as one zone (e.g.: "A+B" or "C+D" or "A+C and B+D") ❗️

Along with the rim zones/rim zone options (and without 'Center-to-Edge PositionalSensing' options on the head/surface) the snare pad can provide up to 12 zones!

Check out what people are playing (e.g. triggering melody sequences) and controlling (e.g. modulations) with multiple zones on the snare surface and get creative ❗️ (➜ Check out Sensory Percussion videos!)

Available for the DAWs : "Reaper" , "Cubase Artist/Pro" , "Logic Pro" , "Bidule" , "Ableton Live Suite" (or AL + MaxForLive)

ENJOY ❗😃

👉 The center line of the digital snare is slightly shifted for both pad types. Therefore, use an imaginary center line (which has the screws at 12 and 6 o'clock) to achieve the best results (BecauseDrumGeek tested!) :
