September/October 2024 ➜ new Roland "V-Drums 7" series : ...no reason to upgrade for VST e-drummers who do not attach importance to a snare left/right hand distinction!


📢 To all Roland TD-27/-50X software e-drummers (owners of a TD-27 or a TD-50(X) and the digital pads (incl. the first generation digital snare)) who do not attach importance to the possibility of a snare left/right hand distinction* :
There is almost no reason to upgrade to the new "V-Drums 7" stuff!

So far, I can see only one new feature (besides the new additional Positional Sensing function of the 'V71' module, which makes a L/R hand distinction engine possible): The new digital snare pad provides a snare throw off switch.

You can have the snare throw off function by striking a toggle pad zone ➜ Snare Drum Throw Off Switch for VST-e-drummers 😊👉
