Cubase & Reaper course: Quantizing recorded midi from e-hihat and/or Positional Sensing pads + getting rid of (Roland) module hihat pedal data beween hihat pad hits for quantization* 👉

You want to quantize your midi-recorded e-drumming (100% or a certain percentaged strength of quantization) and don't want to lose the originally played consistency of hihat openness + drum/cymbal positions (from Positional Sensing) + the position of Cymbal Chokes ?

➜ then this (personal online session) course is for you -- as you can easily ruin the originally played hihat openness and head/pad positions from Snare and Ride PS (and other PS pads) by simply pressing the Q button -> Don't do so ! - there is a bunch of facts and tricks you should be aware of ❗️

* especially the pedal data between pad hits (the hihat openness information relevant for most use cases is transmitted together with the pad hit!) - (like from a Roland module) can be quite problematic and super annoying if the hihat performance shall be quantized; - so I've developed a fix in order to get rid of them :)
